Military-Style Correspondence in the Royal Manticoran Armed Services

These are not “carved in stone” rules, but general guidelines to facilitate how things are communicated in the RMN and her components. Since the purpose of communication is to get your point across in such a manner that everyone understands, these formats allow for concise means to do this. I will eventually add some sample emails to this page (since we rarely use paper letters and memorandums). The style is essentially the same, with just a few minor tweaks to make it fit in the electronic format.
The proper font for RMN correspondences is Arial, since it is almost universally available, and most email services do not have access to more esoteric fonts like Incised (which we use in our corporate identity). Arial regular, italic, bold, and black can be used in letters and memoranda, though black is almost never needed.
